IMPORTANT: Please read the steps below to return your JPI product for warranty, repair, or exchange.

JPI Return (RMA) Procedure Steps:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION you must know before returning instruments and/or accessories for WARRANTY, REPAIR, EXCHANGE, etc..:

1. You MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) given to you BEFORE you return to us your instrument and/or accessory for warranty, repair troubleshooting or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. IMPORTANT: Please read the steps below to return your JPI product for warranty, repair, or exchange. We recommend calling our tech support team before sending unit back. Please note there is a bench test fee of $200. for all items sent to JPI. The fee may be waived if under warranty.

2. Please fill out the form below with your address, phone number, and shipping information then hit THE SUBMIT BUTTON AT BOTTOM to get your RMA number. REMEMBER TO 'CLICK SUBMIT' button. (Please Correct any Missing Info, if form does NOT submit)

3. Or please CALL us at 1-800 345 4574 so that we can give you an RMA number, which MUST BE WRITTEN on the outside of the box you ship to us (as well as on a note inside of the box).
